Make sure you keep your cake as cool as possible, especially during the warmer months. THIS IS IMPERATIVE! Travel with desserts on flat surface, such as the vehicle's trunk or flooring. Do NOT place desserts on vehicle seat, this could cause shifting. Drive carefully with no sudden braking.
Please keep your cake out of direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. It is advised to keep buttercream treats refrigerated as long as possible to prevent details from wilting. Always display desserts in a cool, shaded area.
If you have any, they can be wrapped in plastic, or placed in an airtight container and kept in the fridge for up to one week.
Please arrive promptly in your selected pickup window.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please bring it to attention before leaving. Once you leave, we will not be able to resolve any issues.
Once you have picked up your order, we cannot be held liable for damage that may occur once it leaves the premises. Please refer to transporting & temperature tips. Do not leave desserts in vehicle while running errands, simply go straight to the venue.
The event is booked upon receipt of a nonrefundable deposit equaling 25% of the total purchase value. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. If the balance is unpaid, the order will be ceased. Although deposits are nonrefundable, they are transferable to a future order up to 1 calendar year.
If a cancellation must occur, please notify us a minimum of 4 days prior to event date. The full payment is forfeit and we will credit 50% of your total purchase value toward a future order within 1 calendar year. Any cancellation within 3 days or less, 100% of payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
